Refund & Return Policy

At Crisis Kit Central, our priority is customer satisfaction. We work hard to ensure every order is accurate and shipped in a timely manner. If an issue arises, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

General Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if products are in the original, re-sellable condition (as determined by Crisis Kit Central).
     
  • All shortages must be reported within 30 days of the order date.
     
  • Returns are not accepted for orders shipped outside the continental United States.
     

Defective Merchandise

  • If a product is defective, we will replace the defective item(s) at no cost to the customer. Crisis Kit Central will also cover return shipping. Please note: Only the defective item will be replaced, not the entire survival kit.
     
  • Customers have 30 days from the purchase date to notify us of defective merchandise. If notified within this timeframe, we will send a replacement free of charge.
     
  • If an item is damaged during shipment by UPS, the customer must file a claim directly with UPS. Packages include free insurance up to $100. Additional coverage must be purchased in advance if the order value exceeds this amount.
     

Order Errors & Cancellations

  • If an order was placed in error, the product total will be refunded after the items are returned. However, shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
     
  • Any order canceled before shipping will incur a 3.5% cancellation fee.
     
  • If the order has already shipped before cancellation, the standard return policy will apply.
     

Food & Water Products

  • Due to federal health and safety regulations, food and water products cannot be returned or refunded.

Restocking Fees

  • Returns for any reason other than defective merchandise will incur:
     
    • No refund of shipping charges.
       
    • A restocking fee of up to 20% of the original order total.
       

Billing & Invoicing Discrepancies

  • Any billing or invoicing discrepancies must be reported to Crisis Kit Central within 30 days of the transaction date.
